A Strategic Approach to Gig Harbor’s Budget
As noted previously in my post on what to do with the City of Gig Harbor’s Civic Center Debt Reserve now that the Council is poised to refinance said Debt Reserve, I favor a more strategic approach to savings while spending a little on some long delayed infrastructure projects.
